A Garda van in Caheranne Village on Sunday afternoon.
A MOTHER of one, aged in her early thirties, was placed on life support in Kerry General Hospital after sustaining head injuries from a fall at a house in Caheranne Village in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The accident occurred at approximately 12:30am on Sunday. The woman suffered the head injuries after falling down a flight of stairs.
Gardai and emergency services were called to the scene where the woman received treatment and she was then rushed to the KGH Emergency Unit.
On arrival at the Emergency Unit she was treated and the decision was made to place her on life support.
