WORK will start on a development at the former Bridge Inn/Minstrels at the end of the month.
Tralee Municipal District Manager, Michael Scannell, told councillors at the March meeting of Tralee MD last week, that he understood the demolition of the existing building which includes the former Sol Travel offices (who have temporarily moved across the street), will begin at the end of March
Last year, Roscar Properties Ltd. applied to the Council for permission to build a 26-bedroom guest house, a bar/restaurant, and a retail unit. The building will front on to Bridge Street, Bridge Place and New Road.
There will be minor road closures in the surrounding streets from 6pm to 11pm to facilitate demolition from Monday, March 25 to Friday, March 29.
