The Young Americans in action.

A HUGELY popular group of American performers is coming to Kerry next weekend and students are invited to come and take part in their workshop.

The Young Americans are a ‘not for profit’ organisation that work with students all over the US and Europe. They will work with the young people of Kerry in a weekend long workshop on February 3, 4 and 5 at Killorglin Community College.

The high-energy comprehensive performance workshop covers everything from vocal techniques, dance, and comedy improvisation, to stage movement, sound, lighting, and more. Learning a show in 3 days helps students learn to work together, to respect each other’s strengths, and to discover their own potential.
