THE Zyber Theatre Group is all set to stage their new production at the Meadowlands Hotel next week, with proceeds raised going to three great causes.

They will present Fidelma Fitzgerald’s funny and poignant play, ‘With Love From Above’ on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, December 3rd to 5th.

Featuring some of Tralee’s finest character actors, they will perform a play which tells the story of a group of friends in an Irish bar in the early 1990s.

“The intention of the play is that it contains fact and fiction,” said actor Tim Landers. “Some events, people and moments in the play really happened and refer to real people. The play spins a tale that everything comes to pass and asks why everyone is in a hurry nowadays. Everything that’s precious is in the now. The play is relevant to people everywhere, it just depends on your looking glass,” he said.

Tim and the rest of the group are hoping to see you there next week and the proceeds of the play will be split between Kerry Hospice, Pieta House and Cuan Mhuire. Tickets are €10 at the door of the hotel’s main function room. Doors open at 7.30pm with the show starting at 8pm.
