he Cathaoirleach of Kerry County Council, Cllr Jimmy Moloney has raised one of Kerry’s 15 Blue Flags at the Ladies’ Beach in Ballybunion this week to coincide with lifeguards taking up their duties on the county’s beaches this weekend.
