U8 Girls

Well done to the U8 girls that participated in a blitz in Corca Dhuibhne this morning. There was great teamwork, passing and kicking for scores by the girls. U12 Girls
Hope the girls enjoyed the session last Wednesday evening, it looked like they had some fun anyway. see ye all at training on Sunday.

U14 Boys

Well done to all the lads tonight. A great effort and unlucky to lose by 2 points in the end having been all level with 12 minutes to go.

A very warm evening so we needed everyone to contribute, and we cannot fault the effort of any of the 20 players who were all needed. We were missing quite a few this evening so thanks to Aaron and Dara for stepping up from the 12’s squad and playing a big part.

Our next match is against Na Gaeil on Tuesday 28th of July at 7pm in Blennerville.

U17

Our U17 squad put in a massive effort on the field this week in a highly competitive clash against Na Fianna side. The first half saw brilliant team chemistry from our lads.

From the throw-in, the work rate was immense, characterized by sharp handpasses, precise kicking, and fantastic support play across the field. The collective team effort kept the momentum high and showed exactly what this group is capable of when they hit their stride.

However, Na Fianna proved to be a strong opposition, particularly when it came to finding the back of the net. While our lads fought valiantly and matched them for work rate across the pitch, Na Fianna’s ability to capitalised on goal scoring opportunities ultimately proved to be the difference maker in the end.

Despite the result, it was a performance full of grit, heart, and plenty of positives to take into the next training session.

Our next game takes place on Thursday 23rd of July at 7pm in Castlegregory GAA against Beaufort GAA.
