New to the CHRC is the Dermalift microface intense and for August it is priced at €80, normally €120!
Microcurrent is known to be the most effective non-surgical method to help tone and tighten sagging skin. As we age skin loses its tone, becomes dull, lined, and starts to lose its youthful glow.
The renowned Dermalift microface intense treatment is a non-surgical face lifting procedure, which provides a real alternative to surgery to combat the unwanted signs of ageing. The treatment works on fine lines and wrinkles, crow’s feet, puffy eyes, hooded eyelids, sagging brows, neck lines, jaw lines, lip lines and facial contours.
Think of this treatment as a gym membership for your face. Normally 6-10 sessions are needed for optimum results to be achieved.
A maximum of two treatments can be booked each week but weekly treatments are a usual choice. After your final treatment, it is recommended to visit the clinic every 4-6 weeks to maintain your results.
The treatment is suitable from the ages of 20-80+ if you don’t have any contraindications, that will be discussed during your consultation.
After your treatment you may experience minimal redness, and this should disappear within a very short period but there is zero down time with this treatment.
The full face takes one hour, the eye area and the jawline take 30 minutes, so very doable on your lunch break.

THE second Debs season of the year is in full swing at Ballyroe Heights Hotel as newly graduated sixth years enjoy a summer soirée.
Earlier this week saw students from Ballybunion and Causeway schools attend their annual get-together and last night saw over 130 teenagers from Presentation Milltown converge on the hotel for the party organised by the students themselves.
They arrived on buses and looked very glamorous as they made their way into the venue, as you can see from our photos below…
SUMMER arrived for a couple of hours on Tuesday evening as former students from Causeway Comprehensive School made their way in the sunshine to the Ballyroe Heights Hotel.
The occasion was the annual Debs Ball, organised by the students themselves, which saw them get together just weeks after completing their Leaving Cert.
Around 130 sat down for a meal followed by entertainment from the folks at Debs Guru and they no doubt had a fantastic time. We were there to capture the style at the start of the evening. Scroll down for photos…

Our treatment is non-surgical, and the technology safely targets cellulite and underlying fat cells while encouraging the production of collagen and elastin to improve the appearance of bumps and dimpling associated with cellulite.
Skin tightening is available for abdomen, thighs, arms and other problem areas. This treatment is non-invasive, non- surgical and no downtime. The technology used is advanced radio frequency to rejuvenate the appearance of skin by rejiggering the production of collagen and elastin.
A consultation is required for suitability and to determine how many treatments you will need. We also stock a collagen supplement called Skinade to also improve the appearance of the skin.
