The St Finan’s and Tralee Eastern Corridor plans fall under Category 1A, supporting longer-term projects for delivery in the later years of the National Development Plan. The Tralee town centre project falls under Category 1B, which focuses on projects that can be on-site by September 2027.
The Tralee Eastern Corridor Regeneration Plan is a strategic layout by Kerry County Council to transform the town’s eastern corridor into a highly connected, modern residential and transit urban quarter.
