MEMBERS of the public can drop off broken or unwanted electrical appliances at a free recycling event in Tralee this Saturday.
Organised by the European Recycling Platform, the event takes place at Tralee Mart on April 18 from 10am to 4pm.
Drop off any household items with a plug, cable or battery, even used vapes and the ERP will recycle them. Items taken include large electrical appliances like washing machines, fridges, etc, small household appliances and computers and home entertainment systems.
Non-electrical items cannot be collected. The free events have been a huge success in the past in Tralee.
