A FREE Financial Literacy Event will take place on Friday, May 22 at The Ashe Hotel with a focus on bringing together local and national supports to help people build confidence around everyday financial decisions.
There will be a particular focus on keeping your money safe from fraud, tips on budgeting, preparing for financial emergencies and information on the supports that are available locally.
The event begins at 10.30am with teas, coffees, pastries, and goody bags with an opportunity to visit stands.

This is followed at 11am with an introduction and a Q+A panel discussion featuring representatives from MABS, Kerry ETB , AIB and An Garda Síochána offering practical information and guidance, as well as signposting to supports available locally.
This event is also supported and endorsed by all other Financial institutions in Tralee including BOI, Cara Credit Union, PTSB and AN Post who will all be present on the morning.
A range of organisations and partners will also be represented on the day at various stands, helping attendees connect with services and supports in one place.
