What a weekend for Kerry football and for Kerins O’Rahillys!
Huge congratulations to the Kerry Senior team who captured the Munster Championship title following a comprehensive 1-23 (26) to 1-15 (18) victory over Cork in Fitzgerald Stadium on Sunday.
We are especially proud of our own Tomás Kennedy, who started the final, played 50 minutes, and contributed two fantastic points to the Kingdom’s tally!
The inter-county action continues thick and fast this week. The Kerry U20s face Roscommon in the Dalata Hotel Group All-Ireland U20 Football Championship Semi-Final at 7:30 PM on Wednesday, May 13th.
Best of luck to our players Tomás and Ruairí Kennedy, and to our clubmen Mark Fitzgerald and Maurice Horan on the management team.
Finally, best wishes to the Kerry Minors who play Clare in Round 3 of the Electric Ireland Munster Minor Football Championship Phase 2 in Austin Stack Park tonight (Monday).

Our Senior B team travelled to Moyvane on Saturday evening (May 9th) and recorded a brilliant victory on the road. The lads put in a solid shift to run out comfortable winners on a scoreline of Kerins O’Rahillys B 1-10 to Moyvane B 0-06. Well done to all involved!

Donal Curtin County League Division 3
Our Senior Ladies made it five wins out of five in Division 3 with a hard-fought win over Inbhear Sceine Gaels (ISG) in Kilgarvan on Sunday morning.
The 2-09 to 2-05 win was all the more remarkable given that we were without several of our key senior players and had to make a very early start for a 10:00 AM throw-in.
It was a classic game of two halves. We completely dominated the first half, leading 2-05 to 0-00 at the break.
However, a far more determined ISG side came out for the second half, scoring two well-taken goals and several points to pull themselves right back into contention.
To their credit, our players knuckled down, defended resolutely, and found their rhythm again to kick some lovely scores and keep our unbeaten run intact.
Well done to all the girls on another comprehensive win, and a special mention to the minor players who stepped up and made themselves available for the long journey. Next up is an away fixture to Knockbrosna.
Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others
