The JuntoAI team will present their platform – a new kind of professional network built to replace today’s social media model – at the competition’s grand finale in Galway on September 18th.
JuntoAI is described as the world’s first “Social Action Network”. Its mission is to empower every user with a personal AI agent, transforming online interaction from passive content sharing into intelligent, outcome-driven collaboration.

The platform is built on the twin pillars of AI-Native Enablement and Distributed Ownership.
The co-founders argue that current social networks are fundamentally flawed, describing them as “centralized, exploitative walled gardens” that trap user data and create a “digital prison”.
“Platforms like LinkedIn are inefficient databases,” said Markus Schmidberger, co-founder and CTO. “They are impersonal and time-consuming. We are moving from a search-based model to a trust-based matchmaking service that delivers tangible outcomes”.
JuntoAI gives every user a customizable AI agent that works 24/7 to achieve their goals. This agent is paired with an intelligent, built-in CRM that automatically categorizes contacts and tracks interactions, turning a user’s network into their most powerful asset.
Crucially, users have full ownership of their identity, data, and social graph through decentralized technology, ending platform lock-in for good.
The founders say the platform is set to revolutionise recruiting by reducing the cost of finding qualified candidates by over 90% and this is just one of many use cases. The technology is designed to power a wide range of professional activities, including verified lead generation and B2B sales.
