Welcoming the news, Minister for Education and Kerry Fianna Fáil TD, Norma Foley said: “I welcome this funding which is further evidence of government’s commitment to enhancing and expanding the apprenticeship system. This funding will ensure that MTU Kerry continues to provide quality, sought-after qualifications which will further strengthen and sustain a myriad of much-needed professions in key industries.”
