BUSINESSES across the county took part in the annual Bewleys Big Coffee Morning Social For Hospice with many thousands of euro raised for the Kerry Hospice Foundation.
The event is one of the biggest days for Together For Hospice which is a national fundraising body for 26 specialist Hospice and Palliative Care providers in Ireland.
Every cent that is raised in Kerry stays in Kerry and people gave generously at fundraisers held in Kirbys Brogue Inn, The Ashe Hotel, Ballygarry House Hotel, The Imperial Hotel and Pastoral Centre at Our Lady And St Brendan’s Church where Minister Norma Foley attended to show her support.

There are more coffee fundraisers taking place at O’Sullivans Bar in Ardfert from 7pm this evening, at the Na Gaeil Clubhouse on this Sunday from 10am to 12 noon and a special drive-thru event at Paula Silles house in Ballygarry on Saturday, October 7 from 10am. Scroll down for photos…
