COUNTY Kerry Cricket Club proudly hosted a successful Tennis Ball Fundraiser Tournament on Saturday at the Oyster Oval in the Spa, bringing together players, families, locals and supporters from across the Munster region for a memorable day of sport and community celebration.

The event was organised with the goal of raising much needed funds to support the continued development of cricket within the county.

“The tournament was a fantastic celebration of sport and community. It was wonderful to see such strong participation, enthusiasm, fun and support throughout the day. Events like this demonstrate the growing interest in cricket in County Kerry and the strength of the local community behind the club,” said Dave Ramsay, Chairman of County Kerry Cricket Club.

“Our club has a wonderfully cosmopolitan feel, bringing together a fantastic mix of nationalities and cultures. We were especially delighted to serve plenty of biryani on the day!,” he added.
