KILLARNEY Races July meeting is taking place this week and yesterday evening saw Oisin Murphy with two winners on his first appearance as a jockey at the course.
The five-time British champion jockey is a Killarney native and was a popular winner among the crowd basking in the sunshine.
The July festival continues on Wednesday from 4:55pm. Then they switch to National Hunt racing on Thursday with the first race at 4:30pm where RaceDay TV and Frankie Foster will be live on the track and there’s music on the lawn from Karen Dolan.
Friday has a National Hunt card and the Lee Strand Best Dressed Day with the first race at 1:32pm. There’ll also be live music on the lawn from Shane Kennedy, followed by a race day after party with The Blow Ins. Scroll down for photos…
