PAUL has some pulling power.
Hundreds queued up for Paul Galvin’s book signing at Eason’s yesterday but by the end Paul must have been signing something else as Eason’s stock ran out!
“This is by far the biggest crowd we’ve ever had. It’s quite a diverse crowd here and since it’s in the ‘3 for 2’ offer a lot of people are picking up Brian O’Driscoll’s book as well,” said store manager, Joanne Allman.

People of all ages lined up; families, children, suspected female admirers, senior citizens, they all queued for the charismatic GAA/fashion star.
At one stage, staff at Eason’s were exchanging nervous glances such was the huge and unexpected crowds which turned up for the event.
The man himself turned up half an hour late due to the huge crowds which also turned up in Killarney, but he was courteous and charming to young and old as he signed books for hours into the evening.
