U6’s

A great show of skills this morning by our U6’s keep up the practice at home.

U8 Girls

Well, done St Pats!! We are so proud of how well you got on in many of your first matches! We were very competitive and showed all the skills paying off!  A big thank you to Churchill for hosting us. We look forward to returning the favour in St Pats in the coming months. What a fantastic turnout of girls for our academy back at St Pats.

The girls enjoyed a great session in the sunshine focusing on kicking on the run, conditioned hand passing games and match play. We look forward to the LGFA U8 blitz next Saturday with time & venue tbc.

U10 Girls

Great to be back on the grass on such a lovely morning, and even better to see more of our ‘25 players returning and giving it 100%.! The girls done really well today and impressed their coaches with their hand passing, soloing off both feet, pick-up and speed drills.! Please keep encouraging them outside of training and practicing the skills at home – they will be delighted to show you.

U12 Boys

Well, done to our u12 teams in our 2nd Go Game away to Na Gaeil. A great performance by both teams. Thanks to Na Gaeil for hosting. Our next game is away to Castlegregory on Sunday 26th of April at 6pm.

U14 Boys

St Pats hosted Annascaul/Lispole in Blennerville this evening in dreadful conditions, with relentless rain and a very heavy pitch making for a real battle from start to finish.

We did not start particularly well and found ourselves 1-1 to no score down early on. However, the lads dug in, battling hard despite not playing anywhere near their best.

A strong response followed, with St Pats working their way back into the game to take a narrow 3-2 to 2-4 lead at half time, helped by a cracking goal from Cillian Enright.

The second half was a serious test of character. Annascaul/Lispole threw everything at our defence, but St Pats stood firm with a resolute and determined display at the back. Every tackle was fought for, every ball contested. Full Time: St Pats 5-12 Annascaul/Lispole 4-05

Our next game we are away to Spa, Killarney on Tuesday 21st of April at 7pm in Round 4 of the County League.

U16 Boys

Our St. Pat’s/Castlegregory U16’s met Annascaul / Lispole in the latest round of the Central Region last Thursday. Unfortunately, we never got to grips with the game in testing conditions in Castlegregory. An outstanding kicking display from placed balls by the opposition left us chasing the game late on.

There were some fantastic individual displays in Paddy Flynn, Jace Flynn and Stephen Enright who showed great skill and determination in their defensive work. Our scores came from Conor Galvin, Stephen Enright, and Rian Flynn.

Well, done to all the U14s who all played their part in the game and are making huge strides. Full Time: St Pats/ Castlegregory 0-05 Annascaul Lispole 0- 15 Next round we are away to Dingle on Thursday 23rd of April at 7pm.
