U10 Girls

What a brilliant evening we had out in Firies who hosted a very successful blitz.
Our girls played 4 games against Dr Crokes, Beale, Firies and our neighbours from across the bay Churchill. We more than held our own in the four games and we as coaches are extremely proud of the girls and it is great to see all their hard work in training coming to fruition. We have worked very hard on blocking and the fine art of tackling and what was on display tonight was a kin to what we will see on display the next Sunday in Croke park.
Well done again girls.

Our U10 girls play in their next round of Go Games at 7pm on Wednesday 29th of July at 7pm in Blennerville.

U10 Boys

Our U10 Boys play Listowel Emmets on Wednesday 29th of July in Blennerville, time to be confirmed.

U12 Girls
Our U12 Girls play away to Beale on Wednesday 29th of July at 7pm in Beale GAA.

U14 Boys
Well done to the lads on Tuesday evening. It was a tough test against a good Na Gaeil team, and the lads will learn from it. It was very tight for most of the game, but Na Gaeil pulled away to claim victory in the end.

Our next match is against Castleisland Desmonds on Tuesday 28th of July at 7pm in Castleisland Desmonds GAA.

U17
Fans at Castlegregory GAA were treated to an extraordinary goal fest on Thursday evening, July 23rd, as St Pats/Castlegregory came out on top in a thrilling County League encounter. The home side set a blistering tempo from the opening whistle, with quick punishing turnovers and cutting through the Beaufort defence.

While Beaufort displayed impressive long-range kicking to stay in touch, St Pats/Castlegregory’s calm edge in front of goals gave them a commanding advantage.

Beaufort rallied strongly in the second period, dominating central spells of possession and chipping away at the deficit with fine points from play.

However, every time the visitors threatened a comeback, St Pats/Castlegregory delivered a swift counter-attacking play.

The home side added four more second-half goals to stifle Beaufort’s momentum, and despite a valiant 4-14 effort from the away team, St Pats/Castlegregory’s comfortably secured them the victory.

Our next game takes place on Thursday 30th of July at 7pm in Castlegregory GAA against Keel GAA, this is the Semi Final of the Lee Strand U16 County League.
