Family Fun Day

St Pats Family fun 2026 was a fantastic success with sunshine and great crowds to enjoy the fun and games! This year we had free play obstacles, It’s My Party garden games and old-fashioned sports day games to kick off the fun. Hang Tough, Wall Sit & Tug-of War got the competitive spirit going before sack races, spud, and spoon, 3-legged and sock and tights races.

Foxy was joined by Batman, Chase, and Marshal for sharks & fishes’ games with the little ones. they teamed up for a relay race over the obstacles with Batman just winning over the line!

Following last year’s fun the Dads V Lads, Moms V Girls & kids V coaches were highly competitive and entertaining matches with lots of family rivalry!!

New water games & of course the wet sponge water fight finished the formalities in the sunshine! We were delighted to have such a team effort for tidy up and helping out making this a hugely successful community day. Massive thanks to our wonderful MC Mary Gardner for keeping up the enthusiasm and commentary.

Thanks so much to Emma Colivet for manning the face painting all day. To Rosalie for the sweets and stationery and of course to Kathleen Poff for selling so many lotto tickets… remember you are still in with a chance to win the lotto tonight!

Thanks to our catering team led by our wonderful chairperson Marie and to everyone else who helped out on the day! Huge thanks to Sharon our PRO for the photos and of course to Fiona Costello who puts in immense hard work to make the day a success.

Well done St Pats!!
