The Ashe Hotel said the accolades recognise the hotel’s continued investment in its product, exceptional dedication to guest service, innovation, and hospitality excellence.

Kamila Bielinska, General Manager of The Ashe Hotel, says: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognised across three such meaningful categories. Each award highlights a different part of what makes The Ashe special from our talented and dedicated team, our creative approach to food and service, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests return for. These honours are a true reflection of the passion, teamwork, and pride that drive everything we do.”

The Rising Star of the Year award was presented to Rachel Maidment, who joined The Ashe Hotel in 2020 at just 21 years old and has since shown exceptional dedication and leadership.

Now Front Office Manager, Rachel is also completing the Trainee Manager Development Programme at MTU, balancing her studies with her role. Her professionalism, positivity, and passion for hospitality have made her an invaluable member of the team and a true rising star.

The Irish Hotel Awards celebrate excellence in the Irish hospitality industry, recognising outstanding hotels and hospitality professionals across the country.

Judged by industry experts, the awards, which took place on Monday night at the Johnstown Estate in Co. Meath, aim to acknowledge innovation, high standards, and exceptional guest experiences.
