Woodies Tralee Hosts Events For Annual Heroes Campaign

Woodie’s Tralee is once again calling on the local community to get behind its annual Woodie’s Heroes Campaign in support of four deserving children’s charities.

Thanks to the outstanding generosity of customers, colleagues, local businesses and the wider community, the 2025 Woodie’s Heroes Campaign raised an incredible €12,300, with every cent going directly to the charity partners.

This year’s beneficiaries are Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland; Down Syndrome Ireland; Childline by ISPCC and Cancer Fund for Children.

As always, 100% of all funds raised by Woodie’s Tralee colleagues during the four-week campaign will be shared equally between the four charities, helping them continue their vital work supporting children and families across Ireland.

To raise funds, Woodie’s Tralee has organised a fantastic programme of community events, including an Instore Monster Raffle, Busking with The 2 Johns, and the ever-popular Heroes Family Table Quiz.

The Heroes Family Table Quiz takes place on Friday, 31st July at 8.00pm in O’Sullivan’s, The Mall Tavern, Tralee.

Entry is €10 per person, with tables of four. A raffle featuring a selection of exciting mystery prizes will also take place on the night.

Everyone is welcome, and the team is encouraging families, friends, work colleagues, clubs and community groups to come along for an enjoyable evening while helping to make a real difference.
