Run as part of the Tralee Marathon series of race events, 600 registered but 511 set off from Neil Armstrong Way in the Town Park at 11am, returning to finish at the top of Denny Street a short time later.
Brendan Joy was the first male home in 15:16, followed by John Fitzgerald in 16:19 and Peter McGovern in 16:46. The first woman home was Mairead Walsh in 18:36, followed by Dawn Walsh in 19:06 and Hannah Redican in 19:23.
There was a great atmosphere at the finish line in another expertly run event by the Tralee Marathon team. Well done all. Scroll down for photos…
