LEADING names from the football field, both men and women, will model to raise funds for Kerry ladies football at a night of fashion and fun in Ballyroe Heights Hotel next week

The stylish event, on Wednesday, March 9, will see Kerry footballers hang up the boots for the night and take to the catwalk to showcase the best of Spring/Summer 2016 from top shops all over the county.

The night will begin with a champagne reception on arrival at 7pm. Shops from all over the county are participating including some of Kerry’s top designers and milliners so there really is something to suit everyone.

“2015 was a year that was indeed a successful year for the Kerry Ladies,” said KLGC Chairperson Paddy White. “The seniors and U16s collected the Munster Senior Championship, Munster U16 and U16a All Ireland honours, which is a massive success by any standard,” he added.

“We have a lot of unfinished business on the field and aim to move forward in 2016 positive, brighter and better,” said Paddy White.

With 35 clubs in the county the need to fundraise is now needed more than ever. There will be raffle prizes on the night and a Best Dressed Lady sponsored by Jasmine Boutique.

The night is supported by sponsor Kerry Group and associate sponsors, Horans Health Stores, Vitality Chiropractic Tralee, The Scotia Clinic, and Fitzgibbon Interiors.

Tickets are €25.00 and are available from the following – Imelda Roche (Abbeydorney) 087 6125624, Dan Kearney (Castleisland) 087 7605499, Karen McGlynn (Fossa) 087 2948779 and Nora Fealey (Cromane) 087 4143005.
