A DETACHED five-bedroomed house in Ballyheigue and eight houses near Banna were among four Kerry lots which sold for a total of €594,000 at an online auction on Friday.
Bidx1 (formerly Allsop) held the online auction where a detached five bedroom house at Dirtane, Ballyheigue, with a reserve not to exceed €120,000 eventually sold for €159,000 after 33 bids.

The house extends to approximately 192 sq. m (2,066 sq. ft) on a site extending to approximately 0.16 hectares (0.40 acres) with gardens to the rear.
Just a few miles away eight holiday homes at Cuil na Beannai, Ardfert, near Banna were sold as one lot for well over the reserve of €200,000. The lot was sold for €365,000 after 77 bids.

Finally at Clanmaurice , Commons West, Ardfert, there was a site up for auction with a reserve not to exceed €20,000. The irregular shaped parcel of land extending to approximately 0.16 hectares (0.39 acres) was sold for €35,000 after 12 bids.
