A CELEBRATION of vegan, vegetarian and dairy-friendly products produced locally will take place this Saturday in town.
There’ll be food, music, entertainment and much more at ‘Vegtopia’ to encourage people into a more healthy diet and to show how delicious vegetables are.
It kicks off with a Yoga, Mindfulness and Breathing Techniques Workshop. You can learn how to keep your tummy happy and healthy with a sequence of yoga poses that are designed to support good digestion. Breathing and mindfulness techniques are incorporated to calm and reset digestion.
It takes place at HQ2 The Loft (above Yummy Cafe) from 10.30am – 12pm. It costs €12 (incl, Vegan Protein Ball snack) and is suitable for everyone over 16 years old.
Booking is essential so contact Maeve on 087-3679132.
