OVER 90 ladies enjoyed a fabulous afternoon of food and good company at The Oyster Tavern, thanks to the endeavours of the Spa/Fenit Branch of the Kerry Hospice.
Breeda Hurley of ABC Cleaning and author of ‘Survive and Thrive’, was the guest speaker the second annual Midsummer Ladies Lunch where those attending enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with spot prizes galore donated by local businesses.
It was also an occasion to announce that the late Fr Gearóid Ó Donnchadha, who passed away in 2015, has bequeathed over €104,000 in total from his estate, to the branch of the hospice which will go towards the Palliative Care Unit at UHK.
