RIP: Our sincere sympathy to Lisa O’Connor, her partner Tony Blake and their family on the passing of Lisa’s mother Caroline (Cathy) McAuliffe in Tarbert recently. May she rest in peace.

Bingo: Na Gaeil Bingo tonight (Monday) at 8pm sharp. Our Mini Accumulater Jackpot House is worth €360 in 56 calls. We also have a Raffle and Split the Bucket at half time. Bus available on (087) 2817577. Over 18s only. Hope to see you all there for an excellent night out.

Volunteers: The club are looking for people to help out at bingo on Monday nights. If you can spare 2 hours every 5 or 6 weeks then Niamh (087-9863667) would be delighted to have you on board.

Na Gaeil Abrew: Our new Coffee Dock will be open during matches and some training sessions over the summer serving tea, coffee and snacks. Club lotto tickets will also be on sale there. Cash and card payments accepted.

Rowing: Congratulation to former player Seán Morris who has been selected to row in the stroke seat of the Irish Men’s Junior 4x team in the Junior Rowing Worls Championships in Canada in August. It’s a brilliant achievement for Seán and we wish him every success.

Bar food: The bar will continue to serve food on Thursdays and Fridays from 6pm to 8pm for the remainder of July.

Return of underage training 2024: Our juveniles are back in training for the 2024 season. Contact details for the various age groups are as follows: U5’s – Denis Sugrue (087) 2808719. Club Summer Camp: Our annual Campa Samhraidh Peile will be held this year from Aug 5th to 9th for children aged between 5 and 13. The camp will run from 10am until 2pm each day. The cost will be €45 for 1 child, €80 for 2 children from the same family while 3 or more children from the same family will cost €105. U5s: Our u5s trained yesterday morning. They worked on kicking followed by 2 competitive games. Well to all the kids and their coaches.

U7s: Our U7’s group welcomed Austin Stacks to Killeen yesterday morning. Great performances by both teams in very warm conditions. Training continues next Thursday evening at 6pm. New members are always welcome.

U11 Boys: Our u11s enjoyed another lovely morning training in Killeen yesterday. The fabulous home baking and fresh fruit went down a treat afterwards!

U15 Boys: Congratulations to our U15A team who beat Milltown/Castlemaine by 2-10 to 3-3 in the Central Region competition last Wednesday night. They will be away to John Mitchels next Wednesday at 7pm in the next round. Our u15B team will host Austin Stacks on Wednesday at 7pm.

U16 Girls: Our girls will play Legion in the Co. League on Thursday at 7.30pm in Killeen.

U17 Boys: Unfortunately Tarbert/Ballylongford proved too strong for our u17 lads in Round 1 of the Minor Club Championship last Monday night. Tonight (Monday) the lads will take on Moyvane in Killeen at 7.30pm in the Shield semi-final.

Senior Men: Our senior B team put in a great performance to beat St. Pats last Tuesday night in Round 2 of the Tralee/St. Brendan’s Board Junior League. Tomorrow (Tuesday) they’ll host Churchill B at 7.30pm.

Senior Ladies: Tonight (Monday) our senior ladies face the long trip to Waterville to take on Southern Gaels in the first round of the Senior League. Game starts at 7.30pm.

All-Ireland Senior Championship (Men): Commiserations to Diarmuid O’Connor, Damien Bourke and the Kerry team following their narrow defeat to Armagh in the All-Ireland semi-final last Saturday in Croke Park.

All-Ireland Senior Championship (Ladies): Best wishes to our girls Deirdre, Mary, Bríd, Eilís & Jaydn and the Kerry Ladies when they play Armagh in the All-Ireland semi-final next Saturday in Tullamore. Throw-in is at 7.15pm.

Hurling: Good luck to all the Na Gaeil players taking part with various clubs in the Garvey’s Supervalu Senior Hurling Championship over the next few weeks.

Minor Hurling: Good luck to Tralee Parnells, especially the many Na Gaeil lads involved, when they take on Ballyduff in the Keane’s Supervalu minor hurling league Division 1 final next Thursday in Austin Stack Park at 8pm.

Changes to Car Park: We would like to make patrons aware of the new wheelchair accessible parking bays and the yellow box for ambulance parking which have been added to the club’s car parks recently. Please keep them free at all times for people who need them.

Girls Training: Na Gaeil Ladies juveniles (u8/u10/u12) are back training for the new season. New members are always welcome. For more information contact Eddie on 087-6791460.

Big Screen: All GAA football championship games will be shown live on the big screen in the bar throughout the next few weeks.

Hire the Hall: The hall in the clubhouse is available for parties or other events. Please email nagaeilclubhouse@gmail.com if you’d like to make a booking.

Na Gaeil cycle club: Cycle each Saturday at 9.30am and Wednesdays at 6.30pm from Na Gaeil club. Everyone is welcome to come for a nice friendly cycle.

Cards: The weekly 45 card game is held every Wednesday night starting at 9pm. Everyone is welcome.
