THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that there were 24 property sales in the Tralee area in July with transactions fetching a total of €5,450,500.

The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs (and indeed in the county) in July was for a house in Barrow for €625,000.
