THERE were 12 properties sold in the Tralee area in January according to figures from the Residential Property Price Register.
Those properties combined fetched €1,862,100, while countywide there were 63 properties sold garnering €9,851,668.
The most expensive property sold in Tralee was in Beenoskee, Ballyard, for €360,000, while countywide a house on Loreto Road, Killarney, fetched the most at €636,000.
