PEIL FAOI 7/8/9: More great Under 7/8/9 football was played last Sunday morning. More football at 11am on Sunday next (16th June). Fáilte roimh chách!

PEIL FAOI 11: Our usual Sunday session will take place this coming weekend…..11am ar an Domhnach (16ú Meitheamh). (ii) On Thursday last, in phase 2 of the U11 GoGames, we played Laune Rangers and the young men of The Rock played outstandingly! This week, ar an Déardaoin, we challenge Firies and we expect a tough battle from the boys of the Farranfore/Firies area of The Kingdom!

CAMPA PEILE AN CHLUB: The Austin Stack Club summer camp will take place in Connolly Park from Tuesday August 6th to Saturday August 10th from 9.30am to 1pm daily.

PEIL FAOI 13: (i) ‘Well done’ to our Division 1A boys who played good football last weekend. Maith sibh, a bhuachaillí! (ii) ‘Well done’ to our U13B boys who played spirited football in the Division 13A County League final on Sunday last. An Charraig Abú!

PEIL FAOI 15: (i) Training sessions were held on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday of last week and our training will continue this week…and during period of the Junior Certificate examinations…in preparation for the upcoming Central League(s).

The Central League(s) will commence later in the month; so, boys, keep a look out for group messages. (It’s good for exam students to take a little break from their studies and kick football …is geall le sos malairt oibre).

Indeed, we eagerly look forward to seeing our lads playing in the Central League and to really enjoying the freedom of laethanta saoire an tsamhraidh!! (ii) Continued good wishes to our two North Kerry U14 development squad players, Dónal Ó Laighin agus and Marcas Ó Ríordáin. (iii) Idir an dá linn, the Tralee District U15 football panel has been at work and, with a number of Rock players involved, has commenced action.

FAOI 21: Best wishes to our U21s who, having defeated Kenmare Shamrocks in the Ask Acorn Life U21 County Championship quarter final (2-8 to 1-8), are now preparing for their big challenge v South Kerry in the county semi-final. The game will take place at 7pm on Wednesday June 26th in Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney.
