The board game created by Ballyheigue pupils.

SIXTH class students Óisin O’Regan and Dara Donnelly from St Joseph’s N.S. Bouleenshere, Ballyheigue, have officially launched ‘Dragon’s Reign’.

Óisin and Dara have been working on the project, a board game for 2-4 people, since last September as part of their Junior Entrepreneur Project.

This board game has been produced locally by the very highest standards by Patsy O’Connor, Lisheen Toys. The wonderful graphics have been designed by Philip Tendall of Easy Design.

Dara and Óisin first invented the game on paper but realised the potential their game had when all their classmates showed such satisfaction with the game.

Players have to get their dragon to Quests End to be deemed ruler. There are many trials and tribulations on this Quest, but this makes the game more exciting.

On Tuesday night, June 13, at 7pm, in Bouleenshere N.S., Ballyheigue, the game will be available at a special launch price of €25. Everyone is welcome on the night.
