GARDAI investigating the murder of Tralee woman Nicola Collins on March 27 this year at Pophams Road, Cork city, have arrested a man in his 40s.

The man was arrested today and is currently detained at Mayfield Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

The body of Nicola Collins, 38, was discovered at the house in Pophams Road, Faranree, Cork on Monday, March 27. The mother of three had been living in Togher in Cork City, but was originally from Tralee.
