GARDAI are investigating the theft of a bike worth €1,500.

The bike was taken from the rear of a house in the Killeen, Oakpark area last Friday night/Saturday morning, May 29/30.

The make of the bike is ‘Allez’. It is a specialised racing bike, black in colour with red front forks and red grips on the handle bars.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Killeen, Oakpark area on Friday May 29 going into Saturday morning,  to contact them if they saw anything suspicious, or if a bike fitting the description of the one stolen  is offered for sale.
