THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that there were 27 property sales in the Tralee area in May with transactions fetching a total of €6,410,500.
The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in May was for a house in The Spa for €850,000.
The property which fetched the highest price in the county in May was for a property in Kilnagleara, Dingle for €1,475,000.
