WHILE last year’s event didn’t go ahead due to COVID restrictions, the John Mitchels Christmas Markets will return this December.
The club will hold the event over two Sundays at their GAA Complex in Camp, Ballyseedy and funds raised will go towards the club.
The club is trying to get crafters and businesses working together again after the difficulties with COVID and to get people out supporting local.

There will be a maximum of 50 stalls set up by local arts and craftspeople, food producers and more, to give visitors an idea for Christmas gifts or seasonal decorations for their home. COVID guidelines will apply for traders and visitors.
The markets take place on Sunday, December 12th and Sunday, December 19 from 12 noon to 5pm. Parking is free on the grounds. Traders can book a table at €25 from Tanya on 087-6258737 (tables not provided).
