KERRY designers will be to the fore at an Irish fashion event in New York this September.
The Ireland Fashion Showcase will feature emerging Irish Fashion Designers who will showcase collections in New York during New York Fashion Week.
Minister for Diaspora Affairs, Jimmy Deenihan TD, officially announced details of the event which will be held in the Irish Consulate, New York City on Thursday, September 10.
Designers who will showcase key pieces from their new Spring Summer 2016 collections include Kerry-based House of Delphine, Caroline Matthews and Carol Kennelly Millinery, Una Burke Leather Artisan, Helen Steele, Heidi Higgins, Fee G, Lucy Nagle, Jennifer Rothwell, Chupi (Jewellery) while Don O’Neill, Creative Director, Theia, will be a special guest on the evening.

The Ireland Fashion Showcase NYC, aims to enhance the profile and reputation of the many emerging designer talents within the Irish Fashion Industry to an international market.
The Showcase is being co-ordinated by two Irish fashion industry professionals, Marietta Doran, fashion stylist, presenter and show producer, and Orla Diffily, PR & Event Management Consultant and founder/co-producer Kerry Fashion Week and the KFW Irish Fashion Industry Awards.
Fashion PR and Social Media Consultant and Kerry woman, Erika Fox, who has worked for Whitney Port, Olivia Palermo and Refinery 29, will co-ordinate media in New York.
