NO FEE SPAR GREAT IRL RUN 8
Kerrys Runners are being asked to sign up for the ‘All Ireland County Challenge’.

‘The SPAR Great Ireland Run 2015’ which will be taking place on Saturday April 11 in Phoenix Park, Dublin is looking for runners from here in Kerry to sign up to take part in the ‘All-Ireland County Challenge’.

Local runners are being asked to represent their county in the competition in the hopes of winning and taking home the ‘Ronnie Delaney’ trophy.

To qualify for the Challenge, Kerry must have at least five registered runners in the ‘SPAR Great Ireland Run’ where after this the winner of the ‘All Ireland’ competition will then be chosen based on the fastest average time of each county’s competitors.

Each county will also have a recorded time for the fastest male and female finisher so there is the chance to be officallly recognised as the fastest runner in Kerry.

Runners from Kerry will join thousands of other runners and their families in what is sure to be both both a highlight of the athletics calendar and a great day out for family and friends alike. ‘The SPAR Great Ireland Run’ will feature a course that challenges runners of all abilities and ambitions from the 10k race, to the SPAR Mini Run and the SPAR Junior Run.

Entries for all events and more information on the ‘All Ireland County Challenge’ can be accessed here.
