TRALEE Lions Club paid their annual visit  to St Brigid’s PreSchool at Hawley Park and they brought Santa with them

The little ones had a great time, enjoyed sweets and goodies, while Santa had a toy for everyone. It continues a tradition of visiting the area going back decades, before the current building existed.

The teachers also held a Christmas jumper day and donated the proceeds to the Lions club which will go towards helping people locally.

Preschool leader, Annette O’Sullivan, thanked Tralee Lions Club for their ongoing support. “We started off in the old building over 20 years ago and the Lions Club have brought presents and food since then for the party every year. We couldn’t hold it without them,” she said.

The Lions Club wished to thank the school for their generosity and wished all the pupils and staff a merry Christmas.
