AFTER a break of two years, the annual Na Gaeil GAA Club Night at the Races will return this month taking place both virtually on Facebook Live and at the clubhouse, on Friday November 19.

The event follows on from the club’s first virtual race night last December, which was a huge success. The club plans to build on that by making the event bigger, better and even more exciting and entertaining.

They will have a great night of racing action with the Na Gaeil Gold Cup and a first prize of €1,000, a feature event.

The club are giving people or businesses the chance of owning a horse in the races on the night.

Buy a horse for yourself or form a Racing Syndicate with your family and friends to be in with a chance of winning some great cash prizes.

There will be prizes for the best dressed lady and gent, along with some special guest interviews.

Race horses are priced at €50 each. You can buy a horse from any club officer or on Kubfunder using the following link: https://www.klubfunder.com/Clubs/Na%20Gaeil%20CLG/EventRegistration#EventRegistrationOptions

Horses are also on sale in the clubhouse bar. The closing date for purchasing a horse is Friday November 12th. All monies raised will go back into the running of the club at all levels.

This year has again been a successful one on the field of play, with Na Gaeil players, both male and female, playing on Kerry teams with much success.

The club teams have been successful in County and Divisional competitions with the senior men’s team reaching the County Intermediate Final, to be played in the coming weeks, having won the All Ireland Junior Club Final in 2020.
