A FAMILIAR face at the Ballyroe Heights Hotel will be leaving next month to manage the Fels Point Hotel.
Mark Sullivan, who has been general manager at Ballyroe for 14 years, will take up the position as manager as the Fels Point Hotel prepares for a major revamp and rebrand in the new year.

A native of Cork, Mark has been in town for 2o years, having previously been conference and banqueting manager at The Brandon Hotel. He will take up his new job as manage on November 30.
There are plans for a €1.5m refurbishment of the Fels Point, which will see a revamp of the foyer as well as a new bar and restaurant, as the hotel prepares to be rebranded as The Rose Hotel in April.
The major refurbishment works will take place when the hotel closes for the Christmas break from December 21 for about 10 to 12 days, while other works will continue while the hotel is open.
