He has taken out a longer lease on the club and says he’s “in it for the long term”.
Along with a new sound and lighting system, one of the other new features of the club will be a 5×3 metre screen that will project visuals.
The club plans to open on Friday and Saturday nights with regular entry €5 and between €10 – €15 when national and international DJ acts perform. The upstairs over 23 bar will be free-entry.
Mr Quinn is 31 years in the nightclub business. He spent 22 years of those in London learning the industry and has previously been involved with the Savoy nightclub in Cork.
