SOMETIMES a simple thank you is the best feeling in the world.
I was at the races in Listowel on Friday and I was approached by two of the men behind Mc Elligott’s Tralee. They are the new main sponsor of the Ladies Day competition which by the way was a huge success.

He made a point of coming over to me and thanking me for stating this. I just thought that it was a lovely gesture and I really did appreciate it.

I know it wasn’t a particularly good week for the senior footballers this week and I have no doubt that they are devastated but I also want to spare a thought and say thank you to all the partners behind them (I know that a lot of them hate the word WAGS).
These amazing ladies were the ones who listened to their highs and lows of the year so you too deserve a big Thank You.
Until next week,
Be kind and be grateful for what you have.
