People To Be Allowed Travel Around Their Own County From Monday

.

THE Government is set to announce that people will allowed travel anywhere inside their own county, rather than just be limited to 20 kilometres from their home, from this Monday.

In a change to the original plan, RTE are reporting that the Government will ease more restrictions than the measures which had been outlined in Phase 2 of the roadmap to open up the economy.

One such innovation is allowing people to travel anywhere inside their own county, rather than just be limited to 20 kilometres from their home.

Also, shopping centres could re-open as early as June 15 under proposals considered by cabinet and retailers would be required to stagger hours and not open until 10:30am. Hotels and B&Bs are expected to be allowed reopen to tourists from early July.

Meanwhile, Penneys has announced it will not reopen from next week.
