WE took an awful battering yesterday in Kerry with that torrential rain.
It seemed like it was raining continuously for over 24 hours and inevitably it was going to cause severe flooding in parts of the county.
Templenoe looks like it was particularly badly hit, judging by this photo posted on the GAA club’s Facebook page yesterday.
It shows the south Kerry club’s second pitch at Dromore near the River Blackwater completely submerged almost up to the crossbar.
No games there for a while.
Head over to their Facebook page here to see a video of the damage done.
