WHILE many young people went off doing the ’12 Pubs Of Christmas’, there’s an altogether different (and far more healthy) alternative.

Adrienne McLoughlin, a regular photography contributor to TraleeToday.ie, went around town on St Stephen’s Day taking snaps of Christmas cribs, 12 to be precise.

“They are all within the town of Tralee,” said Adrienne. “There are probably many more, but some of the smaller churches were closed at the time of my quest on St. Stephen’s Day. My photos don’t do some of them justice, so it’s worth visiting them. Well done to the people who took the time to erect them,” said Adrienne.

You’ll probably feel a lot better by the time you visit the 12th crib than the 12th pub!
