GOOD food, wine and great company was on the menu at The Old Market Bar in the Ashe Hotel on Tuesday night, for an event to celebrate the All-Ireland Tapas and Pintxo Championships taking place in Tralee.
Hosted by the hotel in association with Connect Marketing and Events and Taste Kerry, it focused on the fusion of Irish and Spanish food culture, with an emphasis on the role of Pintxo in this.
Guests enjoyed an all you can eat selection of pintxo and tapas from a menu designed by Rob Curley, with a selection of Spanish wines and beers to accompany.
The evening also included a panel of guests with discussions on creating the perfect tapas and pintxo, facilitated by award-winning chef Chad Byrne. Scroll down for photos…
