SOME fantastic art was on display at The Ashe Hotel on Friday evening as students from Kerry College of Further Education held an exhibition and CD launch.
‘The Pursuit Of Artyness’ saw the QQI Level 6 Art, Craft and Design Post Leaving Certificate students put on a wonderful art and craft Exhibition and there was an excellent turnout for the evening.
Local artist, John Hurley, officially opened the exhibition and urged the artists to follow their dreams and be true to their craft.
Principal of KCFE thanked the students for their amazing hard work and commended them for their talent.
Work was available for purchase on a night where the music on the evening came from the QQI Level 5 KCFE Music students.
The students of varying ages performed a range of original songs and cover versions and they also launched their CD. Scroll down for photos…
