WITH just weeks to the big exam, CBS The Green’s Leaving Certificate students gathered for the annual awards in the school yesterday.
A number of awards were given for academic and sporting achievements to honour students for their hard work during the year.
The big winner was Gearóid O’Connor who was awarded the Student of the Year accolade.
He also won the Business Studies, French and History awards and jointly won the English and Gaeilge awards.
