WELL that wasn’t long coming around!
The late Rose of Tralee Festival meant that back to school time was on top of parents and children all of a sudden this year.
For parents whose child was going to school for the first time, it was a special Thursday morning dressing them in the uniform, packing the lunchbox and saying goodbye in the classroom.
With children already used to preschool, things go smoothly these days and that was the case at Scoil Eoin and Holy Family schools this morning.
There were three classes of juniors in Scoil Eoin, while one group started in Holy Family. We called around to take some class photos for posterity. Scroll down for photos…
